Between the years 1996-2003, Cool and Strange Music! Magazine became a beloved publication that music lovers of the unusual could count on for information about the latest “cool and strange” music releases, exclusive interviews with legendary artists, and in-depth articles that could not be found anywhere else.

For the first time, every issue of this legendary magazine has been collected in a four-volume compendium, preserving every single page of each of the 28 issues, including the original ads and illustrations._For many years, collectors have been asking for the magazine to be printed in book form, and finally that day has come.

This publication of this book set has been personally supervised by Dana Countryman, the magazine’s founder and editor.
